Job Description

Work with our other business designers in a cross-functional team to capture user frictions and opportunities and ideate creative solutions.

Your responsabilities
  • Run design projects from discovery through to delivery
  • Planning, conducting and analysing user research
  • Defining product/SD/UX requirements and deliverables
  • Designing complex stakeholder maps, personas, user journeys, service blueprints, value maps & other artifacts
  • Prioritising product/tool implementation roadmap
  • Preparing stakeholder alignment meetings with internal implementation teams

Your profile

Education

University diploma in engineering, innovation, design, ux,...

Experience

Proven experience in all phases of the design process including user research, market research, synthesis, testing

Languages

Fluency in French and English, other languages are a plus

Knowledge
  • Good tool knowledge (Adobe, Miro, Confluence,...)
  • Communication skills, good at structuring poignant presentations engaging stakeholders in

Skills
  • Affinity for user research: ability to collect and interpret both qualitative and quantitative data
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional team members
  • Passion and ambition to create value and drive innovation

Nice-to-have
  • Behavioural Psychology, Anthropology
  • Business Model Design
  • Knowledge of UX/UI/ product design
  • Digital prototyping
  • Workshop facilitation
