Job description

Pauwels Consulting is looking for Shift Supervisors for the region of East Flanders and Antwerp. We are looking for people who are driven, passionate and who have no problem with working in shifts. Right now, we have some interesting project at our Life Sciences clients. So do you have experience as Shift Supervisor and are you interested in the life sciences industry? This your chance!?
As Shift supervisor you’ll have following tasks:?
  • You manage the production team and are in charge of the staff planning
  • You are in charge of making sure that the work environment follows all?GMP restrictions?
  • You make sure that the instructed cleaning activities are followed and all activities? Are documented in the correct way
  • You motivate and coach?employees to guarantee the safety, quality and efficiency of the work environment?
  • You oversee that trainings are completed by the personnel?
  • You follow up on to the daily KPI’s, the quality and the batch records
  • You contribute to the optimization of the workflow and come up with innovative solutions?

    Have you got what it takes?

    For the position of Shift Supervisor we require following demands:
    • You have a technical degree or equivalent experience
    • You have 2 years of experience as shift supervisor
    • You have experience in working within a industrial, pharmaceuticals or manufacturing environment
    • You have knowledge of GMP and ISO13485
    • You are teamplayer, a coach and a motivator with strong social skills
    • You are willing to work in 2 shift, fixed nights or on the weekends
    • You have a good knowledge of Dutch and English
