Social Media Assistant trainee

Main Tasks
Your role is to support our dynamic team, in particular the PR & Communication Manager, in our digital communication and EU project dissemination. The trainee will:

• define the content’s calendar for social media, manage the request for contributions, edit articles and create posts for the different platforms;
• create visuals (statics and animated) for our social media channels;
• manage our websites (content wise);
• support the organisation of events online and in person.

As a successful candidate, you should be able to think and work creatively, be reliable in planning and implementing your tasks, be able to listen, while not being afraid to ask for help.

Education
Bachelor degree level in Communications, Marketing, Digital Media and Graphics, or equivalent professional experience. Required experience & skills:

• Knowledge of digital communications, in particular social media channels: LinkedIn, Twitter and Instagram;
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop/inDesign/Premiere, and/or Canva;
• The candidate should know WordPress. Ideally, he/she has a basic knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics and Google Trends.

Languages
Excellent fluency in written and spoken English, additional EU languages a plus
