As Software Programmer-Analyst your main responsibility is to deliver high quality regulated software applications used in clinical research and to

  • Create solutions based on user requirements to enhance the business processes of organizations.
  • Writing codes, debugging software, building scalable applications, customizing applications
  • Maintain & document software applications, while following internal procedures and workflows.

Description

Your duties and responsibilities will consist in:

  • Design, code, implement secure and scalable applications using programming languages such as .NET, C#, SQL, XML, etc as per user requirements.
  • Test and debug software to ensure that the code is working as intended, and there are no errors.
  • Troubleshoot software issues that were found using the testing phase.
  • Collaboration with the Process Owner (PSO) and/or Product Owner (PO) to review website interfaces.
  • Maintain, update, and enhance Microsoft applications (Sharepoint, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Portal (CRM, Project)) to serve the need of users.
  • Develop and/or review technical documentation including user requirements, design and functional specifications, test protocols, validation package documents.
  • Provide training for potential users to enable a smooth transition to new solutions.

Requirements

You have:

  • A Bachelor or Master in computer sciences or Information system, or same level acquired through experience
  • A deep Knowledge ofASP.NET, Visual Studio/VS Code
  • Expertise in C#, HTML, CSS, Javascript/Typescript.
  • Experience withMicrosoft applications (Sharepoint, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Portal (CRM, PSA)) in implementation, architecture and development is an asset.
  • Experience with integrating Microsoft Dynamics CRM, PSA and Sharepointwith other third-party clients and software’s is an asset.
  • Adept in developing, publishing and scheduling Power BI reports as per the business requirements is an asset.
  • Communication skills (assess exactly what the user requirement is and suggest appropriate inputs and solutions).
  • Good written & spoken English and French
  • Good Team Spirit.
