Vos responsabilités

Votre profil

Secure and optimize the supply of fresh goods by developing & implementing a long term sourcing approach. Perform supplier research, supplier evaluation and negotiations to deliver economies of scale & optimal quality that meet Category Manager Needs. Develop and negotiate an innovation pipeline based on Category Management briefings. Ensure all activities are in line with company commercial & save to invest policies. Is permanent member of the Filiere(s), playing an active role.


Your responsibilities


  • Save to invest & secure supply : define & implement a sourcing approach ensuring better prices & optimal quality while securing supply in order to improve on shelf availability (category/product level)
  • Raw materials & market knowledge : Analyse raw materials & markets in order to build an internal database and use facts/insights to feed the save to invest initiatives
  • Innovation & new product sourcing : source new products/innovations based on Category Management briefings
  • Synergies : Identify & deliver Benelux synergies
  • Internal collaboration & stakeholders management : manage, connect and interact with key stakeholders
  • Supplier Performance & Negotiations : monitors supplier performance & engages when necessary


Your profile


  • Master Degree with 3-5 years’ experience in negotiations within de retail
  • Knowledge in category management
  • Knowledge of food/nonfood markets and productions processes
  • Strong negotiations skills and influencing skills
  • Strong interpersonal understanding and relationship building
  • Strongly compliant to regulations, procedures and standards
