The team you will be a part of

The Digital Marketing team develops marketing, merchandising and creative strategies and affiliated programs to promote the organization’s products and services through the Internet or other digital channels to increase exposure to and business from the target audience and analyzes their effectiveness. Develops and maintains website graphic designs and layout to support the organization’s image, identity and brands. May be responsible for social media marketing and online community management.

This role in summary

As a Digital Sales,you manage commercial actions and digital channels to drive digital traffic & sales in an EMEA environment. You analyze commercial results and take appropriate action when needed. You put the customer 1st . Ready to apply a ‘dare to do’ attitude, especially eager to take our digital sales goals to the next level

You are eager to create personal customer journeys across our different touchpoints, client communications and product offerings. This by making full use of data analysis and digital technology. Knowledge of Content Management Systems and reporting tools are a plus.

You will work within the Ecommerce team and the Digital team, but you will have full ownership of your business as you are the main contact for several of the programs that we work with. Apart from that you will support our local markets. You will be part of a young, dynamic and results driven team and working for one of the most beloved brands in the world.

You can work closely together with a wide range of stakeholders on a variety of business areas, including our digital agency.The ideal candidate is someone who is an independent worker.


Your responsibilities will include

  • Execute digital strategy
  • Responsible to drive Localization of English master into the different countries and platforms
  • Follow process to implement new BS requests guaranteeing pace
  • Monitor and consult KPIs to drive countries
  • Effective and efficient budget management

Minimum requirements


  • You are fluent in English (spoken and written);
  • Experience in Ecommerce is a must; as well as digital growth tactics;
  • You have an understanding of Affiliate marketing; Search Engine Advertising; or any lower funnel channel;
  • You have at least basic knowledge of web analytics tools to understand effectiveness of your actions.
  • You have strong administrative skills, follow up on agreements and don’t cut corners.

Preferred skills and experiences

  • Any other language is considered a plus;
  • You are comfortable working with targets, sales cycles and are result oriented;
  • You can work well with different stakeholders;
  • You have a high sense of ownership and self-accountability.
