  • You will report to the head of Benelux consulting with a functional reporting line to
  • You master the consulting craft as well a grooming and growing teams. Delegated P&L responsibility for BELUX consulting team with the ambition to grow the team in size and footprint.
  • You work in close collaboration with the BELUX commercial team as consulting partner on existing accounts and support new pursuits with consulting inputs and visions
  • You understand the broad context of the business impact from technology innovation and transformation and you understand the end to end business & operating models in organizations.
  • You have a strong network in the BELUX market and engages with stakeholders at clients at all levels, as well as with colleagues from different backgrounds. By thinking big, but acting small, you inspire client and team and are able to craft small deals with a large tail.
  • You can have informed executive level conversations as well as deep-dive into the topics with experts from IT and Business addressing the functional areas
  • You can challenge the solutions and requirements clients and colleagues have defined, based on their perspective of the underlying challenges, and take them beyond. By clearly crafting the issues to be resolved, you enable maximizing value.

Extra background information: What do we expect?

  • We are looking for a self-driven, dynamic professional, focused on team work and collaboration.
  • A master degree and ~20y relevant experience, including running consulting practices / teams
  • You create followership across the existing team and work with them as one to accelerate our BELUX consulting business
  • You are key in bridging business and IT at our clients. You are able to define and translate business architecture to high level technical and data architecture and visa versa.
  • You understand change management and the behavioural aspects to recon with.
  • You are well versed in bringing across complex messages in a simple manner.
  • You are interested to build and grow the business and team in the context of a large organization.
  • You are exited about driving change at clients and within the organization.
  • You can shape projects and deals and are driven to create value through those for clients and for the own organization.
  • You are comfortable with an agile way of working, whilst keep focus on the collective outcomes.
  • You work in a well-integrated Business & IT team in an international context with teams at offshore or nearshore location.
  • You are well motivated. Someone who can work independently. You are comfortable with taking initiative and taking responsibility.
