Our Management Team is composed of the Service line leader, Partners, Directors and (Senior) Managers.Given these ambitions, there is a need for strategic support and close coordination and follow up of the various initiatives and actions. Hence we are looking for a Strategy Support role that will primarily provide high level strategic and operational support to the Management team. He/she will also support the successful implementation of key innovation initiatives and other business priorities (alternative delivery models, cloud, SAP S/4HANA, sustainability …). You will report directly to the Technology and Digital Risk Consulting team leader and the management team.The key objectives for the Strategy Support role are to- Identify, plan and support the execution of key strategic initiatives, business priorities and operational tasks;
- Support the yearly business planning, budgeting/forecasting process for the team;
- Collaborate with our team and support functions to ensure the realization of initiatives identified as critical to the successful operations of the business and report on its effectiveness;
- Structure and lead the monthly management meetings and prepare its agenda depending on the team’s current priorities;
- Provide strategic support to the Management team in business development and market research activities;
- Determine recruiting priorities together with the Management team to support strategic team ambitions and support recruiting activities;
- Work with the Management Team to agree on our priorities in terms of practice management (Talent, Marketing, Finance, Alliances, Clients, Big Deals, …) and plan concrete actions and practice initiatives to deliver upon these priorities.
- A minimum of 6 years’ professional work experience, preferably in a Technology environment;
- Experience in a similar function or experience in an audit, advisory/ or consulting firm – you are able to understand the business, its operations and its evolution;
- You are able to multitask, prioritize and pay attention to details;
- Maintain high level of confidentiality and ability to gain immediate credibility with senior people and the trust of our staff;
- A true team player with good inter-personal relations, drive and resilience;
- You think in terms of solutions rather than in terms of problems and like to put your creativity at work to solve problems;
- Effective decision making skills;
- Comfortable working in a rapidly changing environment, well equipped to make this role your own;
- Proficiency in the use of MS-office tools i.e. Excel, Word and Power-point;
- Strong written and oral communication;
- Fluent in English and at least in Dutch or French.
