About the Company

Our client is a globally known name in the consumer goods industry, renowned for producing high-quality products that are trusted by consumers worldwide.

As they continue to scale, they are looking for a Supply Chain Manager EMEA to drive innovation and efficiency across their supply chain operations.

This is a pivotal role within a company that values excellence and is focused on both clear short- and longterm growth strategies.

About the Role

As a Supply Chain Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of the company’s supply chain evolution in the EMEA region. Leading a talented team of Supply Chain and Demand Planners and reporting directly to the Operations Director EMEA, you will have the opportunity to shape the strategic direction of the supply chain, ensuring it’s optimized for future success.

Your main mission? To implement and evolve the S&OP process and transition it into a cutting-edge IBP system. You’ll work closely with suppliers and internal teams to streamline daily operations, identify and seize opportunities for automation, and champion continuous improvement initiatives.

This is a high-impact position where your decisions will directly contribute to the company’s growth and ability to meet future challenges.

Requirements

- A Master’s degree or equivalent by experience

- A minimum of 10 years in supply chain management, with a proven track record in leadership

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

- Expertise in S&OP and implementing innovative supply chain processes

- Fluent in English is essential

- Thrive in a fast-paced, continuously evolving environment
