At Uni Systems, we are working towards turning digital visions into reality. We are continuously growing and we are looking for a System Analyst to join our UniQue team.

What will you be bringing to the team?

  • Review, improve and make proposals for synergies between different systems and architectures
  • Support business analysis, definition of user journeys, alignment of definitions and data models
  • Documentation, preparation of presentations and workshops
  • Support the Project Manager in all decisions related to synergies between different systems
  • Interaction with the business analysts, customers, project leaders
  • Monitor the quality of Production and non-production of the Applications.
  • Propose monitoring tools improvements or developments.
  • Coordinate resolution of production issues in the most appropriate way
  • Ensure post-correction causal analysis of the issue and propose preventive actions and robustness solutions together with the applications’ teams
  • Quality control, inspection of logs and root cause analysis.
  • Issue logging and coordination of issues with the relevant stakeholders at the technical level.
  • Involve participating in project teams, monitoring and reporting on production quality and on issue management

Requirements

What do you need to succeed in this position?

  • Master’s degree in Computer Science
  • 17 years of experience in IT field
  • At least 10 years of specific expertise in process management, functional analysis, enterprise architecture and data modelling.
  • Experience in UX would be an advantage.
  • Capacity to interpret Business and technical flows, and configuration management
  • Experience of version management tools like SVN, Bitbucket and GitLab
  • High skills in analysing monitoring information and application logs.
  • Software release lifecycle management.
  • Task tracking methods and tools (Atlassian JIRA etc.)
  • Fluency in English. French language knowledge is considered a strong asset.
