We are seeking a highly motivated System Engineer with a focus on Container Services to join our team. As we are taking our first steps in this field, this will be a very challenging role in which you will have a lot of responsibilities and a chance to shine as a subject matter expert!

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and select the right container platform for DEME for the coming years
  • Plan and execute the roll-out of the platform to our worldwide datacenters and vessels
  • Ensure we can support the service as efficiently as possible. by for example setting up pro-active monitoring, automating repetitive tasks, sharing knowledge, …

Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in system engineering, with a focus on container platforms and working knowledge of one or more of the following: Docker, Kubernetes, helm, Azure Container Registry, ...
  • Experience with Red Hat Open Shift & Linux is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
