Your new responsibilities

  • You will be part of the SCM system team and you will work with the team members to prepare, lead or support the rollout of process changes, bug fixes, enhancements to Supply Chain Planning system
  • Work closely with the Supply Chain Community to support the creation of functional requirement and work with IT on the technical implementation
  • Create training documentation and conduct key user trainings on Supply Chain Planning System topics
  • Acting as a cross-functional Coordinator & Partner (SNOP, Master Planning and Supply Planning), regarding overall supply chain planning related aspects, e.g. establish business application with supply chain planning feature, drive and facilitate change management
  • On a daily basis you will need to monitor and maintain APO-CTM planning system run
  • Keep track of all implementations being done either by IT or by external consultants
  • Drive basic systems improvements in close alignment with IT (upgrades, memory extension etc)

What we look for

  • University Degree in Supply Chain Management or min. 5 years of experience in a similar position
  • Knowledge in Supply Chain Management and IT architecture system
  • Relevant working experience in a semiconductor industries will be an advantage
  • Key User Know How in SAP, Modules APO (CTM) / MM / PP / FI / CO / SD Management is an advantage
  • Strong knowledge of relevant computer applications (MS-Office, Visio etc.)
  • Basic Knowledge in BPMN 2.0 or other business process notation
  • Ability to drive decisions in a complex multi-stakeholder environment
  • Strong communication & negotiation skills and cultural awareness
  • Knowledge in project management
