About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and collaborative Talent Acquisition Intern to join our team and support the hiring of all corporate roles across Levi Strauss & Co.’s European offices.
This internship offers a great opportunity to learn about recruitment and talent acquisition within a dynamic, international environment. You will gain exposure to the full recruitment lifecycle, collaborate with different functions, and contribute to building a strong talent pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
  • Support the TA team throughout the end-to-end recruitment process
  • Manage job postings on internal and external platforms
  • Assist in reviewing CVs and identifying strong potential candidates
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
  • Support sourcing activities via LinkedIn and other channels
  • Help improve candidate experience by managing communication and follow-ups
  • Maintain and update recruitment data and trackers
  • Contribute to ad hoc TA and HR projects (e.g., employer branding, onboarding, process improvements)
About You
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Psychology, or related field (preferred)
  • Fluency in English
  • Previous experience in HR, recruiting, or exposure to a corporate setting is a plus
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Proactive, curious, and eager to learn
  • Good command of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); knowledge of Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter, or other ATS is a plus
  • Interest in the fashion and retail industry
This is a paid, 12-month (6+6) internship based in our Brussels office.
