As a Talent & Organization Development Director, you are a partner with the regional Talent teams as well as the HR Operations teams enabling collaboration and efforts around human capital management developments.
You will contribute to the development and implementation of human capital management tools and solutions (including talent acquisition, talent management, analytics, career architecture, competency management, organizational development, performance management, learning, development, leadership, workforce planning…).

Talent & Performance Management

  • You work on the processes linked directly or indirectly to talent & performance management and bring experience and expertise on it.
  • You design and develop Talent Management (& performance) solutions and programs in close co-creation and collaboration with the Talent teams, HR resources and business associates (not only conceptually but mainly on concrete creation)
  • You contribute on content creation in the domain of company culture, organizational values, organization design, change management
  • You Assess workforce trends and provide solutions to reduce turnover and improve engagement and bench strength across the organization
  • You develop Employee Engagement Program and work hand and hand with senior leadership, local HR teams and the Communication team to establish, facilitate, and communicate Carmeuse Culture
  • You coordinate, follow-up and animate all activities around Oracle HCM Talent modules continuous improvements and further developments

Learning & Development Management

  • You work together with the regional Talent/training teas to identify the training needs per department, team and individual and develop together with the regional teams training programs based on business goals
  • You craft career plans
  • You oversee learning activities, curriculum and resources
  • You manage Group training budgets
  • You evaluate the results of learning courses
  • You implement coaching sessions and mentorship programs to establish a culture of continuous learning
  • You recommend new training methods (including e-learning courses and game-based platforms)

Project management

  • You lead and /or coordinate and facilitate the execution of the projects and associated upgrades within the program framework confirmed at the beginning of each project (covering all phases: analysis, planning, mobilization, risk analysis, change, communication with stakeholders, evaluation..)
  • You are responsible of the organization, planning of the tasks of the project resources and delivers the communication for each phases (progress, stakeholders…)

Profile

  • Talent Development project management experience in a global environment
  • Knowledge of core Talent Management process including performance management, Talent reviews, succession, development/training
  • Ability to develop tools, methods, systems
  • Comfortable with HRIT systems (enabling and driving the Talent/training activities)
  • Proven ability to co-create with and influence others and move toward a common vision or goal
  • Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
  • Demonstrate excellent knowledge of MS Office suite and very good written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to draw conclusions from data in a logical, systematic way
  • Understanding of agile principles and design thinking
  • Experience facilitating teams specifically to drive consensus, brainstorm and/or to gather data for project
  • Availability to travel (20%)
