About Our Client

Our customer is active in the Banking & Financial Services Industry.

Job Description

As Talent Partner, you will be responsible for the following:
  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Lead the entire recruitment process, from initial intake meetings with hiring managers to advising on job weightings and publishing vacancies on the most relevant channels and platforms.
  • Candidate Selection: Conduct the initial screening of applications and facilitate interviews, often participating directly in the interview process.
  • Candidate Support: Guide candidates through the recruitment journey, providing feedback, managing rejections, and preparing job offers.
  • Employer Branding: Co-develop and implement an Employer Branding strategy, including coordinating campaigns, optimizing careers page, and enhancing online presence.
  • Talent Pool Management: Build and maintain a talent pool by managing internal candidates, succession planning, and proactively sourcing potential future candidates.
  • Core Talent Assessment: Administer core talent assessments for candidates.
  • Onboarding Journey: Oversee the onboarding process, including contract preparation, pre-employment screening, conducting orientation sessions, and informing new hires about mandatory training.
The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate can demonstrate the following skills and experience:
  • You hold a Bachelor or Master’s Degree in a relevant field or equivalent by experience
  • You have more than 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition ideally gained within the Banking or Financial Services industry
  • You are fluent in Dutch and English and have a good command of French (written and spoken)
  • You can demonstrate prior experience dealing with Employer Branding projects and initiatives
  • You dare to challenge the status quo, propose new ideas and concepts and manage your projects autonomously
