Team Leader Digital Traffic Management

As the Team Leader Digital Traffic Management, you’ll join the Digital Marketing Team, overseeing the e-commerce and digital marketing efforts for Telenet’s Residential and Small Office, Home Office commercial markets. This team is responsible for defining and implementing Telenet’s entire digital commercial strategy and roadmap. With Telenet’s clear strategic goal of becoming a digitally-oriented company, you’ll be at the forefront of this transformation.

The Team Leader Digital Traffic Managementis pivotal in driving our digital marketing efforts and ensuring the successful execution of our digital media strategies for Telenet Group. In your role as Team Leader Digital Traffic Management, you will lead a group of digital media experts with a strong focus on people management, while also taking on a significant portion of media strategy and planning yourself.

Your Responsibilities as a Team Leader Digital Traffic Management

• Acting as a servant leader, proactively supporting and stimulating your team of digital experts to self-organize, fostering close collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Collaborating closely with all stakeholdersto foster healthy team dynamics and ensure effective value delivery. You work hand-in-hand with other digital team leads to make strategic decisions that align with the department’s overall goals.
• Providing clear direction to your team on what needs to be delivered to meet Telenet’s strategic objectives and why it is important. You oversee the: SEO strategies, Search Engine Advertising, social mediaplans, Programmatic media buying & DCO Strategies
• Creating digital media strategies and plansto support our overall marketing goals in the short term. Additionally, you oversee the maturity roadmapfor digital media and actively work on its development for long-term success.
• Being very performance-driven: you are on top of your business by proactively reportingon the domains you and your team manage, overseeing the team’s budgetsand the overall digital media budget, and managing it in the most effective way.

• A natural leader with the ability to inspire and energize a team.
• Strong analytical skillswith a focus on achieving results. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Ability to navigate complex situationswith ease.
• Ideally holds a master’s degree in a relevant field or a Postgraduate in Digital Marketing.
• Fluent in Dutch and English, with additional proficiency in Frenchbeing a plus.
