Treex is an independent consultancy bureau specialised in technical audits of buildings both in terms of their constructionand of their technical installations. These audits are proceeded on behalf of investors considering the sale, conservation or acquisition of a real estate asset, which may be of any type: offices, residential, retail, warehousing, hotel… We advise local and international investors: large landlords, investment funds, banks and insurance companies, in Belgium and Luxembourg.

Function:

· Technical Due Diligence : Assisting Treex clients as a technical advisor during the

acquisition or sale phases of real estate assets (Analyse of the technical documentation,

analyse data room, visiting building)

· Analyze clients’ real estate assets in order to advise them on the technical

management : compliance, modernization, improvement of energy performance…

· Carry out feasibility studies and quantity survey missions for Treex customers.

· Quantity Surveyor missions : Elaboration of budgets and financial forecasts on a

project basis, projecting cash flows related to a project, calculation of quantities,

elaboration of tender documents and validation of invoices

· Participate in technology monitoring, to stay on top of new technologies and new work tools

Skills & Competencies:

· Degree related to the position, such as (but not limited to) Architect, Building Engineer,

Surveyor,or proven field experience and strong references demonstrating a good technical

background

· Great capability of analyzing and synthesizing, strong administration skills

· Good written and oral communication in Dutch, French and English and knowledge of

standard IT tools

· An unfailing professional ethic and a great deal of curiosity, creativity and a taste

for adventure
