Functie

• Updating the plans of the real estate portfolio (evacuation, occupancy, utilities,…).
• Support of the project managers to ensure that the design and implementation plans meet the requirements.
• You interact with technical experts to understand their requirements based on the urbanistic regulations.
• You make indicative plans from the preliminary design to the as-built phase. You further challenge plans made by architects.
• You translate drawings into visuals of the volume for a potential (re)development.
• You analyze and examine deliveries of study offices, technical- and design teams. You provide feedback and work towards a final design.
• Occasionally you support the marketing and commercialization team

Functie-eisen

• You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture or engineering. Additional certification is considered a plus.
• You have very good practical experience with software like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CAD.
• You are a technical profile with good spatial insight.
• You have demonstrated experience in technical illustration and designs (either by education or by experience).
• You know how to translate urbanistic regulations into plans
• You are deadline-driven and committed to deliver quality.
• You are fluent in Dutch, English and French is a plus.
• You are a digital native, specifically in MS365.
