Technical Quality Support Lead

About this opportunity

The NRO Quality Technical Support Lead will work in the CU Belux NMSD Build Network Roll-Out Department

In this role, the candiate will be accountable to assess Ericsson partners site build quality delivery in the frame of the Telenet projects (Swap, New Build or Indoor) for the civil works as for the radio and electrical installations.

What you will do:

• Verify the site solution application done by our partners and site construction assuring it is in line with the design guide of customer and Ericsson installation guide.
• Responsible to drive discussion with our partners & customer about the quality standard that must be delivered under the scope of the respective projects and identify respective gaps that needs to be improved within consolidated action plan.

• Have the right coaching attitude with internal quality auditors team and coordinators and secure optimum work organization is in place.
• Highlight about any quality/safety work issues.
• Understand our partner challenges in the field and search about solution to better improve their efficiency looking to our enablers (eg.: tools) and process clarification/ simplification
• Report on quality delivered by partners to make sure structural issues are tackled / clarified with them for further sites.
• Take ownership about the E2E quality process and recommend any improvement or secure evolution is aligned with observed challenges

Main Detailed Activities:

• Secure that audits reports are produced in due time after the site audits in order to respect lead time target objectives.
• Drive improvement actions internally and externally with our partners seeking to reach higher quality standard.
• Advice on site construction and deliverables quality needed to increase the FTR acceptance
• Advice for punch clearance with the partners and secure that safety rules are respected
• Train, coach and secure hands on with tools and process agreed with our partners.

You will bring:

General:

• Master degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum 5 years of Site Engineering/ Site quality Audits on Network Roll Out Deployment
• Excellent knowledge of telecom business and mainly Telenet Network requirements.
• Fluent in French and/or Dutch and English.
