Technical Support Specialist

Location: Sint Stevens Woluwe

As the Technical Support Specialist – Virtualization team, you will be in contact with our internal sales teams and directly with resellers in the Belgian region as well as serve as first contact point to our vendor - Veeam. In this position, you do have the chance to develop our business to be even more successful.

Your daily work will consist of responding for client’s queries, quoting and order management (from quote to invoice). You will be also responsible for having an in-depth knowledge on the customers portfolio of products, as well as participating in the meetings with Arrow’s partners and vendors. You will work especially closely with your colleagues locally in Belgium and remotely – with Poland.

To be successful, you need to actively follow your sales cases as well as orders until execution.

How we imagine your profile:

  • Previous experience in the commercial sector (at least 2 years), ideally within the IT Sales, cooperating or selling Veeam solutions.
  • Being interested in the IT/newest technologies/software would be an advantage.
  • You are comfortable in working both independently and as a team member.
  • You are proactive and flexible, take responsibility of your duties, can work also under pressure, understand how details affect the big picture and show positive can-do attitude.
  • You have good organizing and team working skills and you pick up easily new programs and tools.
  • Accuracy is a must in this position.
  • Very good knowledge of Dutch, French and English language
