Voor onze productie-site in Heist zijn in Heist-op-den-Berg zijn we opzoek naar een:

Technieker (nachtshift)

Doel van de functie

Als je Technieker werk je voor alle IPT’s/Productie-units van onze productie-site in Heist-op-den-Berg. Je bent daarbij werkzaam op zowel onderhoud, als storingen aan alle voorkomende technische apparutuur. Dit zodat een betrouwbare werking van de energie-, water- en productie-installaties binnen het machinepark zijn gegarandeerd.

Verantwoordelijkheden

  • Uitvoeren van het preventieve onderhoud aan alle equipment (incl. clean utilities);
  • Oplossen van complexe storingen;
  • Verrichten van kalibratie-activiteiten;
  • Deelnemen aan verbeterprojecten omtrent installaties;
  • Uitvoeren van ondersteunende administratieve activiteiten;
  • Opvolgen van de betrouwbaarheid van de technische installaties.

Jouw profiel

  • Professional bachelor, graduaat, of gelijkwaardig door ervaring;
  • Opleidingsrichting elektromechanica of een andere relevante richting;
  • Bij voorkeur beschik je over enige relevante werkervaring, maar starters worden ook uitgenodigd te solliciteren;
  • Je beschikt over mechanisch inzicht en je hebt basiskennis van pneumatiek (must).
  • Je bent vaardig in het lezen van elektrische schema’s;
  • Basis kennis lagers, mechanische aandrijftechnieken.
  • Basis kennis rond sensoren/fotocellen/veiligheidsrelais, verspaningstechnieken
  • Basiskennis van PLC-besturingen en SAP is een pluspunt;
  • Je hebt ervaring met storingswerkzaamheden (pre);
  • Je bent een teamplayer en kunt prioriteiten stellen/inschatten;
  • Je bent flexibel, gaat graag een uitdaging een aan en je bent comfortabel met het werken in een hooggereguleerde omgeving;
  • Je bent vaardig in de Nederlandse en basis Engelse taal (must);
  • Het past je om volledig in nachtshift te werken.
