To realize our growth, we’re looking for a (temporary - 6 months) Senior Sales Recruiter, to support our Talent Acquisition Team.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Sales Recruiter you are responsible for the search for our International - Sales / Account Executives.

In short you will:
  • Create and publish job ads in various portals
  • Collaborate with Smappee Management / Executives to set qualification criteria for future employees
  • Contact international agencies to expand our global network
  • Screen resumes and job applications
  • Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates
  • Interview candidates by Google Meet
  • Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Report to our Talent Acquisition Manager

Requirements
  • You have minimum 5 years experience as a international (sales) recruiter
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
  • Experience using professional social networks (LinkedIn, in particular)
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • You can express yourself well in Dutch and English. Germany and French are plus.
  • Experience in a fast moving, international environment is a plus
