Mechelen | 2-4 years’ experience | The Client Services Team


This is you

You have a first experience as a Traffic Manager or a Project Manager in a digital marketing agency. You like a tightly orchestrated planning to create a seamless workflow. Then we need you to oversee the planning of all of our in-house teams (Strategy, Creative, Design, Development, etc.) and to ensure our experts have the time and resources to deliver their best work.


This is what you’re going to do

  • Create realistic project plannings.

  • Translate project plannings into resource plannings flawlessly.

  • Determine the most suitable experts to meet project requirements.

  • Search for external talents to ensure the project moves forward as scheduled.

  • Check with experts to make sure they have all assets, briefings and materials.

  • Support project managers with briefings, project follow-up or administrative tasks.

  • Follow up on employee timesheets and send reminders if necessary.

  • Work with experts and accounts to find solutions to meet needs/requirements.

  • Keep an eye on the future and identify potential planning issues before they arise.

  • Report to the Project Directors to communicate ongoing progress or problems.


This is what you bring to the table

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Traffic Manager or Project Manager.

  • Good knowledge of the in’s and out’s of a digital marketing agency.

  • Excellent organizational skills and time management skills.

  • A “hands-on” mentality to find solutions when problems arise.

  • The confidence to act as a mediator to resolve issues or concerns between parties.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Dutch and English.

  • Empathy, people skills and strong communication and interpersonal skills.
