We are looking for a hands-on IT Transformation Manager for a temporary assignment (12–18 months) to oversee the execution of a pre-defined IT transformation roadmap for a leading Belgian ATM operator. The organization operates approximately 1,000 unmanned ATM sites across Belgium, playing a critical role in the country’s cash distribution infrastructure. The transformation program includes 6–7 major IT projects, ranging from new tooling deployments to the implementation of redesigned processes and services, all developed by an external software provider under a recently renewed 5-year contract.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Project Delivery: Lead and coordinate the delivery of 6–7 concurrent IT transformation projects, ensuring alignment with the pre-defined roadmap and the operational needs of a national ATM network.
Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary liaison between internal subject matter experts (SMEs), the external software provider, the Transformation Director, and the CIO/COO (contract owner).
Supplier Oversight: Monitor the external provider’s progress, proactively managing risks related to quality and timeliness—especially given the provider’s challenging track record and the parallel execution of most projects.
Functional Analysis Supervision: Oversee the current stage of functional analysis by the supplier, ensuring requirements are clearly defined for the unique context of unmanned ATM operations.
Quality & Timeliness Assurance: Implement robust project management practices to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of all transformation projects.
Reporting: Provide regular updates and escalate critical issues to the Transformation Director and CIO/COO.
Change Management: Support the adoption of new tools and redesigned processes/services across the ATM network.

Internal: SMEs, IT teams, business process owners
External: Software provider project teams
