RESPONSABILITÉS

Vous Serez En Charge D’assister L’équipe RH En Place Sur La Partie Recrutement Et Aurez Ainsi Pour Missions De
  • Soutenir l’équipe recrutement sur la phase amont du process (diffusion des annonces et contrôle) ;
  • Sourcing des candidats sur les réseaux sociaux ;
  • Rechercher, identifier et approcher les candidats;
  • Tri des CVs et lettres de motivation ;
  • Sélection, envoi aux managers ;
  • Mise à jour des différents tableaux de suivi des candidats (Excel, SIRH…) ;
  • Convoquer les candidats aux différentes étapes du processus de recrutement ;
  • Planification des entretiens entre recruteurs, managers et candidats ;
  • Participer à des salons étudiants et des forums pour l’emploi
  • Aide sur d’autres missions (tâches administratives) en fonction du profil.

PROFIL

Formation

Bac +3 à Bac +5 en Ressources Humaines.

Expérience

Vous disposez idéalement d’une première expérience similaire.

Compétences
  • Capacité d’analyse et de synthèse ;
  • Rigoureux et organisé, vous maitrisez le Pack Office et les réseaux sociaux professionnels ;
  • Vous êtes dynamique, proactif et témoignez d’une grande aisance relationnelle ;
  • Connaissance de l’anglais.
