  • Support the web team in the daily management of web content for an EU institution’s website;
  • Upload/update web content as per requests by HQ, Delegations, Spokesperson/press, and other stakeholders;
  • Fulfil the backup role for the web team;
  • Write and edit high-quality original web and search optimized content in English using the corporate CMS;
  • Rewrite and adapt content for specific target audiences;
  • Ensure quality of all produced material;
  • Contribute to the ideation and implementation of digital campaigns;
  • Contribute to the analysis and report of digital actions using analytics tools;
  • Give training on web management and participate in the update and enhancement of user manuals;
  • Overall participation in all the activities carried on by the Strat.Com1 digital team.
QualificationsIf you have
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and good working knowledge of another EU language;
  • A sound expertise with managing content with the corporate CMS Drupal 9;
  • A very good understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, Instagram, LinkedIn…);
  • A good knowledge of graphic design tools (ie Photoshop, Canva…) and photobanks;
  • A good knowledge of analytics tools (Europa Analytics) and SEO;
