Are you or do you know someone who is always looking for solutions? Someone who acts proactively and enjoys working in an organisation that constantly wants to grow? For a client of ours, I am looking for a WMS Engineer who will focus on preventing incidents, automating processes so that the workload is reduced and who can work well together in a team. Does this sound like something for you? Then read on!

As mentioned above, for one of our larger customers we are looking for a WMS Engineer for the Geel site in Belgium. Below you will find some more specifications of the job.

· Provide best possible service and aim for added value to support business growth.
· Create tickets for all issues you work on. Ensure all tickets contain necessary and qualitative information and, if applicable, are routed to the correct teams.
· Conduct daily incident lifecycle checks and actively drive incidents/problems to fast resolution.
· Right focus on testing issues. Testing is crucial to help the business grow and investigating testing issues boosts your knowledge.
