Marsh is offering a Graduate Programme opportunity to freshly graduated students who would like to gain workplace experience and training in insurance brokerage and risk management.The Graduate Programme gives you ample opportunities to develop and succeed in achieving a successful career as a future Marsh business leader.During a 2-year program, you will move around different departments from sales to advisory going through the Claims and other areas of the business. From day one, the programme will support, develop, and challenge you through on-the-job and formal learning opportunities. This will allow you to take on real responsibility within the team as you grow your knowledge and skills, tackle real projects, and work with real clients. You will build lasting relationships with your colleagues and clients, engage fully with the business, and build specific skills and knowledge for a long-term career with Marsh.WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?Attracting and developing the best talent that fuels growth for our organization.   • Master’s Degree in Economics, Engineering, Law or Business Administration
