As part of its professionalization, GAMING1 is looking for an experienced and talented Accounting Manager to prepare the monthly financial statements and manage financial projects.

YOUR ROLE

The Accounting Manager will join the Accounting & Procurement team and work under the responsibility of the Group Accounting Manager.

You will have the following responsibilities:

Accounting:

• Responsible for the monthly and yearly closing of Belgian / Maltese / Spanish entities
• Lead a team of accountants Provide financial information to different stakeholders (COMEX, BoD,…)
• Manage external audit processes in a timely and efficient manner
  
  

Projects and improvements initiatives:

We evolve in a fast-paced environment, and we manage a lot of strategic initiatives that aim to support business decision.

• Manage transversal financial projects such as: the integration of new business (new subsidiaries and business expansion), implementation of Business Intelligence tools at group level, put in place standards reporting package for our subsidiaries, …
• Co-Lead with Group Finance Managers the Fast Closing, IFRS conversion and IPO projects
• Improve reporting process
  
  

YOUR PROFILE

• Master Degree in Finance
• Excellent understanding of general accounting and Finance in general
• 7+ years’ general relevant financial experience within an international (ideally HQ) business environment
• Project Management experience is an asset
• Hands-on person, eager to evolve in a fast-paced environment (double digit growth)
• Good business partnering skills
• Fluent in English – written and spoken
• You are a strong communicator with all levels within an organization
• Familiar with IT: Excel, ERP, Power BI or other BI tools,
• Able to impact and influence others
• Good attention to detail and self-starter
