Telespazio Belgium can count on almost 40 years of experience in Space Operations Service & Engineering activities.

We provide a significant contribution to the most major Space programs of the European Space Agency. Our core business is to work on the ground to build bridges into space, contributing to the success of ambitious missions.

Currently, we are looking for a highly enthusiasticAdministrative Assistant & Office Managerwho will work for Telespazio Belgium, Bastogne, in Belgium ad Interim.

What is expected from you:

Office Management

  • Manage office supplies and general office operations (reception, mail, etc.)
  • Ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the office (welcoming visitors, managing meeting rooms, etc.)

Travel Management

  • Handle travel administrative documents and contact our travel agency for travel arrangements

Administrative & Communication Support

  • Assist the Communications team with preparing materials, and organizing internal events
  • Help draft internal documents (memos, meeting minutes, presentations)

What you offer:

  • Few years of experience in a similar role is an asset
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient in office tools (Microsoft Office)
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken (minimum B2 level required)
  • Service-oriented, autonomous, discreet, and a strong team player
