The work schedule for this position is Full Time (38 hours per week)
Start date: Candidate must be able to begin working within a reasonable period of time (15 weeks) of receipt of agency authorization and/or clearances/certifications or their candidacy may end.

Duties
Job holder reports to the Senior Facility Manager and acts as Administrative Assistant for the Facility Management (FM).
As the responsible office manager, ensures that invoices for contractor services are accurate and complete, types correspondence and communications. Maintains complete files and records for FM office procurement and contracting activities, keeps time and attendance for 32 employees and ensures that all work within the Facilities Office, Functional Office Building and Residential Maintenance Sections is accomplished in a timely manner. Monitors petty cash purchases.
Qualifications and Evaluations
EXPERIENCE: A minimum of three years of progressively responsible administrative experience.
JOB KNOWLEDGE: A good working knowledge of office administration and understanding of the organization’s programs and procedures. Must be an effective office manager and able to coordinate the work of office sub-units and track and schedule work between service providers.
Completion of high school or the equivalent.
LANGUAGE: Good working knowledge in English. This may be tested.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Experience with computers is required. A good working knowledge of Microsoft products such as Windows 10, Word, Excel, Access, MS Outlook, Power Point and Project Scheduling.

Benefits and Other Info
Locally Employed Staff, including Members of Household (MOHs), and Third-Country Nationals (TCNs), working at the U.S. Mission in Brussels may receive a compensation package that may include health, separation, and other benefits.
For EFMs, benefits should be discussed with the Human Resources Office.
The pay plan is assigned at the time of the conditional offer letter by the HR Office.
