Job Description

  • Save in the SAP ERP "SD" system business conditions ( Discount : on invoice and rebates : off invoice ) approved by the Sales department .
  • Create and monitoring rebates for the bonus and promotion in SAP and Calculate and create credit note for bonus ( quarter 1,2,3,4 - Half 1,2 - YTD )
  • Being able to understand and track the different type of deals- (Tires dealers - Cars dealers -Truck - Agricultural … )
  • Ensuring correct invoicing - ( calendar - print - ), manage the customers billing ( paper, invoicing files, EDI )
  • Analysis the pricing ( Discount and rebates ) before the billing , comment
  • Management of customer complaints, linked a discount or a rebate
  • Work with other departments - Management - Sales - order Desk Credit control - accounting
  • Participate at the monthly closing - Discount - accounting invoices - issued = invoiced
  • Back up teams

The Successful Applicant

  • Language NL /French/English (Dutch is most important)

- EXCEL- good Level

- SAP - is a PLUS

  • To work with numbers

  • Teamwork

  • Managing change and priorities

  • Analysis
