  • Help HR team in the developpement of the Agency Work Programme.
  • Prepare data to develop and support the Agency Work Programme.
  • Maintain, update and develop financial and budgetary structures.
  • Prepare data for monthly budget review meetings.
  • Conduct regular reviews with managers and staff to support the effective management purchase requisitions, purchase orders and contracts.
  • Summarise budget execution data and report results for quarterly and monthly performance purposes.

  • Highly numerate and detail conscious assistant.
  • Experience in the use of Oracle Cloud Financial Systems is a pre-requisite.
  • Computer literate with good Excel skills
  • Proactive and flexible with an ability to work in an independent manner.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact at all levels
  • English is key for this role with French an added value.
