Key Responsibilities
• Analysing and understanding existing applications
• Writing descriptive manuals and documentation
• Collecting from and sharing with information among parties within the organization
• Researching topics
• Writing documents
• Editing their work for publication
• Creating software documentation after a thorough collaboration with subject matter experts and technical staff
• Explaining the functionality of a product or service
Profile
a. Knowledge & experience
Eagerness to learn thorough business logic, company understanding and operational knowledge is a must.
Ability to communicate fluently in English both by spoken & written is required, any additional language is a plus.
