At Goodman we create space for your greatness.Goodman CE is looking for a colleague to join the Ops Accelerators team, a cross functional team focused on enabling all employees to capture, share, collect and find / re-use knowledge from others, by delivering solutions (people, process & technology) in the domain of knowledge management.
As an Application Support Specialist (Knowledge Management) in the team, you will (1) promote the understanding and adoption of knowledge management applications across the company and assist the KM Strategist with implementing the knowledge management strategy and vision across the company (2) train the user community and provide daily operational support to ensure the effective and appropriate knowledge management
More Concretely, This Means You Will Get The Opportunity
- Provide expertise and guidance on subjects such as document management, records management, content management, collaboration, enterprise search, portal and taxonomy development
- Collaborate with the KM Strategist to promote the understanding and adoption of knowledge management platforms across the company
- Train users on the KM applications
- Maintain the KM applications (taxonomy management, permission management, system configuration, user access, etc.)
- Perform audits on the use of the KM applications and employees adherence to KM policies
- A Bachelor’s degree in business or information technology combined with 2 – 5 years of experience
- SharePoint Online, MS365 and MS Teams
- Ability to communicate and engage effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders
- Flexible and getting things done (hands on mentality)
- Ability to work independently and drive projects autonomously
- Team player and ability to work within a dynamic team environment
- Fluent written and spoken knowledge English
- Willingness to travel within Europe
