Our client is Delta Express EU GmbH company which provides services in transport, forwarding, and logistics. The Company deals with the organization of freight transport in Europe, providing both large companies and individual customers with a quality service.
Delta Express EU GmbH needs B2b Sales Manager to attract new clients and increase the recognition of the company’s brand.
Expectations from a candidate:
- 4-5 years of B2b sales and customer relationship management experience in Logistics;
- Knowing about the sea/air transportation, current market pricing and check it daily;
- Own customer base (we can transport different cargo). But you can only use it if there is no nondisclosure agreement or your nondisclosure agreement allows it;
- Proficiency with G-Suite and Microsoft Office Suite;
- English at least Upper-Intermediate;
- Ability to work independently without supervision, evaluating of result and manage it;
- Ability to see the bigger picture;
- Has a problem-solving mindset and high communication skills.
Duties:
- Travel within sales territory to meet prospects and customers;
- Educate customers on how products or services can benefit them financially and professionally;
- Build and maintain relationships with new and repeat customers;
- Maintain records of all sales leads and/or customer accounts;
- Monitor the company’s industry competitors, new products, and market conditions to understand a customer’s specific needs;
- Work closely with the marketing department to help build the brand;
- Serve as the primary point of contact for your customers.
