A company active in the financial services sector is now on the lookout for a new Belgian Mortgage Senior Risk Manager in Brussels.
As Belgian Mortgage Senior Risk Manager, your main responsibilities will include:
- You will oversee the different credit decisions take by the originator and provide compliance with acceptance criteria
- You will aid with the preparation of more complex files and present them to the risk committee
- You will agree with the delegate authority on new loans, loan modification and special servicing of mortgages
- You will monitor the portfolio and report on its evolution regarding risk appetite and management of arrears
- You will communicate with the bank
- You be a member of the Management Risk Committee and other business line committees
The ideal candidate has excellent analytical skills, independent and hands-on.
As Belgian Mortgage Senior Risk Manager, you have at least 10 years of work experience as a mortgage credit analyst. You have strong knowledge in English, French and Dutch.
