For an international ICT company with locations in Belgium, Luxembourg, France & Italy, we are looking for a (Junior) Bid Manager.
  • Act in a team of Bid Managers in support of presales and sales
  • Follow the bid process and coordinate internally
  • Administrative follow-up (Sharepoint, CMS-systems, reporting, ...)
  • Coordinate with SME (Subject Matters Experts)
  • Take care of translations (NL/FR/ENG)
  • Legal compliancy checks
  • Pricings
Requirements
  • University degree or equivalent
  • French & English is Mandatory, ideally also Dutch
  • Analytic skillset
  • Very good communication, able to maintain relations with different stakeholders on various levels
  • Flexible mindset, target driven, stress resistant to cope with deadlines
  • Experience and training in Bid Management is a plus
