Medi-Market Group is a young and dynamic Belgian chain in pharmacy and para-pharmacy. Via physical stores up to 1.000m² (61 Medi Market and 28 Pharmacy By Medi-Market), 8 beauty institutes (l’Institut By Medi-Market) and 2 web shops (https://pharmacy-medi-market.be and www.medi-market.be), we try to offer the broadest assortment of healthcare products at the lowest prices. Our innovative concept guarantees our customers a personalised advice by experts and a wide range of healthcare products, natural medicines, dermo cosmetics, specialised nutrition, and baby care products. The group grows fast, follows an omnichannel strategy and has strong ambitions to grow even further. We also started our European expansion in Italy where we currently have 15 stores but with the ambition to grow to 60 stores within the 3 upcoming years. Medi-Market Group currently employs about 1.000 employees.

To ensure the continuous growth of the group, Medi-Market Group is looking for the HQ in Nivelles (Walloon-Brabant):

BUSINESS ANALYST (M/F/X) - Full Time

Responsabilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and third-party vendors to understand business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for various systems, such as retail ecommerce, CRM, marketing automation, and others.
• Evaluate and analyze existing business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Manage the integration of different systems within the company’s application landscape, including coordination with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
• Ensure seamless integration and data flow between different systems by working closely with third-party vendors and partners.
• Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance of integrated systems to ensure functionality and reliability.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for any issues related to the integrated platforms, working collaboratively with third-party vendors as needed.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies in various system domains to propose innovative solutions that enhance business operations, including potential third-party integrations.
• Collaborate with the development team to prioritize and implement system enhancements and customization based on business requirements and third-party integrations.
• Prepare comprehensive documentation, including user manuals, training materials, and system specifications, considering the various systems and third-party integration requirements.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate end-users on the effective use of integrated systems, including any third-party components.
  
  

Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the retail industry.
• Strong understanding of various systems, such as retail ecommerce platforms, CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and others.
• Knowledge of software development methodologies and the ability to work closely with development teams and third-party vendors.
• Proficiency in gathering and documenting business requirements, use cases, and system specifications.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with data integration techniques and tools.
• Experience with project management methodologies is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels, including third-party vendors and partners.
• Adaptability in a young and fast-growing company.

• French speaking with a good level in English.
• Dutch is a plus.
