The ideal candidate is a team player who will be responsible for working with company data in various business areas. Specific responsibilities include reporting metrics, analyzing methodologies, suggesting operation improvements, and building proposal evaluations in a cross-functional environment.

More specifically we are looking for a business analyst that will prepare projects in the

domain of retail credits and deposits (mortgage loans, consumer finance, saving accounts

and term deposits) These projects are mainly focused at increasing the digital offer to our

retail clients and increasing our automation rate.

Responsibilities

As a business analyst your focus will be on gathering business requirements, analysing them

and designing a sound and cost-effective IT solution. For this you will be in close contact

with the business responsibles, product owners, process managers, application managers

and the IT resources.

Needed Qualifications

- You are familiar with credit/loan/financing solutions to retail customers : different product

types and processes.

- You have a large experience in managing business oriented projects within a financial

institution and are willing to take the lead in challenging and complex matters.

- You set targets and milestones for your project and will do everything to reach them.

- Preferably you have already experience with the project governance or at least an

agile (SAFe) way of working.

- Knowledge of Dutch and English is mandatory

- You have experience in digital (mobile) customer facing projects with UX
