Job description:

• As part of the smooth internal functioning, Company wishes to strengthen its Business Analyst team.

Tasks:

• Documentation of current business processes (as is) if necessary.
• Organize workshops and meetings to identify and clarify business needs, objectives and problems. Facilitation of workshops for the identification of target business processes (to be) with business experts.
• Documentation of processes to be according to the standards defined by company for integration into the business map. Writing of Business Requirements and collaboration with functional analysts of impacted applications. Contribution to the definition of test plans and UAT tests with the business.

• This Business Analyst role is part of client’s business transformation program. Projects can vary considerably, ranging from the deployment of IT solutions purchased on the market to innovative research and development (R&D) initiatives, including specific developments within clients IT architecture. Each project aims to provide practical and innovative solutions that will contribute to the optimization of the distribution network manager’s business.
• Within this framework, the GIMSE project (Innovative Governance of Modeling in the Service of Network Operations) is launched, which consists of reviewing the methodology and organization of the modeling of operations carried out for network management.
• The BA’s role in this context will mainly focus on analyzing the existing situation in order to formulate recommendations for optimizing the use of IT tools (SAP and GIS).
