We are looking for a Business Analyst to support the successful roll out of LS&Co’s Global ERP implementation. This is a tactical role within the Warehouse Operations track which is responsible for building the foundation to scale LS&Co’s Warehouse Operations Processes; as well as, designing future-proofed solutions that easily adapt to market changes.
This role is based in Europe, is considered remote and reports to the Local Deployment Lead for Direct to Consumer/ Warehouse Operations.
The Business Analyst will be responsible for the following areas:
- Own end to end results for integrating warehouse operations activities in SAP and flow to our WMS systems
- Own reporting requirement for all warehouse operations areas with a focus on distribution and logistics tracking
- Liaison between the ERP solution design and needs of the business, ensure gaps between the business and technical design are uncovered
- Work with project team and business stakeholders to document current end to end processes and gather comprehensive requirements, identifying where the business process might vary by region or channel, specifically in the area of warehouse operations processes
- Validate that solutions designed by IT will meet define requirements and drive change as needed, ensure testing of design is successful through QA cycles.
- Serve as thought leader in cross-functional problem-solving exercises by leveraging systems and business knowledge to guide the issue to resolution without compromising on quality, consistency, and user acceptance aspects of the solution
- Lead workshop sessions with business stakeholders to identify and define reporting and KPI requirements, partner with reporting and analytics teams to ensure requirements will be delivered.
- Manage day to day activities such as leading weekly cross-functional team meetings, and aligning resources for project to achieve project milestones, support activities such as end user to role mapping etc.
- Business subject matter expert liaison with the Regional Deployment Lead, Local Business, Project Management Team and Functional IT teams
- Conduct project reviews with key stakeholders, sponsors, and leaders to provide progress and plan to key milestones, manage key decisions and mitigate risks.
- Manage risks and identify workarounds and processes to prevent disruptions
- Serve as subject matter expert for Systems Integration Tests, Training, and User Acceptance Testing efforts
- Key partners for this role are the Regional Deployment Lead, Local business process experts, warehouse functional IT, Direct to Consumer and Wholesale Global Business
- Minimum 5 years in an apparel warehouse operations role or a business analyst role advising warehouse processes.
- Experience with technical project launches and implementing new business processes within a apparel warehouse environment
- Strong technical acumen balanced by practical understanding of business operations
- SAP experience preferred
- Strong business acumen, understanding of core ERP and warehouse/ distribution concepts, including business KPIs
- Proven problem solving and analytical ability
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment and familiar with working within a project framework
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, project management experience a plus
- Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
