A fast-growing scale-up! We are specialists in developing software for the restaurant and catering industry. With our software, we take our fantastic customers to the next level when it comes to getting their entire food & beverage management under control. We are indispensable in helping them to pass on orders, draw up inventories, calculate food costs, display allergens and so on!


What we’re looking for

Due to our rapid growth, we are looking for a business developer. At Apicbase, customers are our main focus and we want to do everything to offer our customers the best experience possible. You are a central link: when customers contact our company they will come across you on their way. You are the link between customer and development, between dream and reality. You never lose your temper and always manage to put customers at ease.


What will you be responsible for?

  • You are the first point of contact for our customers;
  • “go getter” is your middle name;
  • You are a true advisor and coach working directly with customers, noticing problems and solving them;
  • You ensure a high level of customer engagement with a focus on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. So you make sure our customers are satisfied and happy;
  • 70% focus on winning new business (hunting);
  • 30% focus on growing existing business (farming);
  • Complete control and reporting of your sales progress and KPIs;

Who are we looking for?


  • You speak excellent German and good English. Dutch is a plus;
  • You love interacting with customers and growing their business;
  • You connect easily and communicate as if your life depended on it;
  • You can explain things well and clearly in an understandable way;
  • You think creatively and out-of-the-box to solve problems;
  • You are analytically strong and can clearly formulate conclusions and recommendations;
  • You have a natural interest in innovative products and you believe in technology. You are a believer in big data, cloud, internet of things, ... You can’t hide your passion for it;
  • Technology does not scare you: you are not afraid of the words API, interface,... and you understand what they mean.
