Your role will consist on the one hand of conducting workshops, negotiating with the internal customers, defining the requirements and all the preparations needed to implement the standard processes in our new standard processes into our new ServiceNow Tool.


On the other hand you will be in contact with external customers and guide them in setting up processes between their ITSM (IT Service management tool) and our ITSM.
You will report to the Team Manager of Enabling Service Design

MISSION :

Tasks
Within the Enterprise Business Unit (EBU), the mission of the Enabling Services Design department is to :

  • Define and/or improve, implement and set up the standard processes and tools.;
  • Processes are the key building blocks of our customer journeys. Improving these process building blocks will result in an improved customer journey and its NPS (net promoter score), CES (customer experience score), Customer satisfaction, which in turn has an impact on the profitability of the company.;
  • Processes are used to translate business needs into concrete solutions.
  • Customers live their customer journey through our solutions, a solid process management allows us to build better tools and to create better ways to serve our customers (servicing).;
  • Within the team of Service Architects we respond to RFPs with solutions in terms of tooling and processes (ITIL).

COMPETENCES CLES :
You have a bachelor or master degree and/or at least 2 years of experience in Process design activities.;
  • Bilingualism is a must: NL and EN;
  • Experience with ITILv3, ITIL4 processes. A certification in intermediate or expert level is a plus;
  • Process modeling skills like BPMN;
  • Knowledge of an ITSM tool like Service Now is a plus;
  • Knowledge of Agile and documenting features in Jira.
