Job Description

We are looking for a skilled CAD Designer to contribute to innovative high-tech and life science projects by creating detailed technical drawings for HVAC (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and sanitation), electrical engineering (ELT), or clean media systems.

  • The ideal candidate will support engineering teams in the design and planning of building technology while ensuring precise documentation and management of accompanying materials.

Key Responsibilities

  • Independently create technical drawings and plans for HVAC, electrical systems, or clean media solutions.
  • Prepare, update, and manage technical documentation throughout project lifecycles.
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards in all designs.
  • Work closely with engineering teams to plan and construct building technology systems.
  • Assist in the design and implementation of construction projects.
  • Maintain and organize project-related documentation to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Utilize AutoCAD, TRICAD, BricsCAD, Allplan, ArchiCAD, or similar CAD programs.
  • Preference for candidates experienced in REVIT or those willing to learn.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Successfully completed training as a Technical Draftsman, Technical Systems Planner, Construction Draftsman, or similar qualification.
  • technical building services (TGA).
  • planning and execution of construction projects.
  • AutoCAD, TRICAD, BricsCAD, Allplan, ArchiCAD, or REVIT.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret technical specifications.
  • CAD & BIM Software Utilization
