As an Account Manager, you will be in contact with customers but also with your team in the agency and at headquarters.

Beschrijving

  • As a Client Manager, you are in direct contact with the agency’s clients.
  • Your primary role is to direct the client towards the appropriate investment service and to assist him/her in his/her investment strategy.
  • To this end, you will monitor the financial markets, advise clients independently and have access to a wide range of financial instruments. You can rely on the discretionary management service provided by our management department and on the investment recommendations and financial analyses issued by our financial analysis department.
  • You will assist the client in all matters relating to the management of his portfolio, in particular with regard to taxation.
  • You will be responsible for maintaining and developing the client portfolio.

Profile

  • Entrepreneurial, you are passionate about the financial markets and enjoy working independently in a friendly team.
  • You have a first experience in a similar function.
  • You have a good network of contacts in your region.
  • You are customer oriented and not product oriented. Your presentation and reputation are impeccable. You have a strong commercial sense and appear as a "trustworthy person". You have good legal and fiscal skills. You are dynamic, enthusiastic and proactive. You work in an organized, rigorous and fast manner and have a good sense of synthesis.
  • You have a PCP certificate, a university background and you understand Dutch and English.
  • You are familiar with traditional computer tools
