This innovative chemical de-icing company is looking for a chemical sales manager to be responsible for the sales of their de-/anti-icing products to existing customers, as well as following leads for potential new customers. They are looking for someone with good communication skills and a flair for conversation.
The company has a strong emphasis on customer relations and maintaining these bonds. They pride themselves on their "no-nonsense" culture and operate within a flat structure. Self-motivation is a very important quality for this role and determination to reach your goals. The role is based in Flanders with an emphasis on travel.

Responsibilities:
The sales of our de-/anti-icing products to existing customers, as well as to prospective customers
Create customised offers for each client
Main customers/prospects will be airports, ground handling companies and airlines
Achieve the agreed annual targets.
Participate in trade fairs, conferences and seminars and be able to translate opportunities into tangible business.
Collect, analyse and evaluate customer, competitor and market data.
Report directly to the Business Unit Manager.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key people at existing customers and new potential customers.

Requirements:
Technical degree.
Fluent in English, Dutch and French.
Travel frequently (Europe).
Minimum of 3 years of experience in an international, commercial sales role either in the chemical or aviation industry.
Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Self-motivated individual whilst at the same time possess a solid team work ethic.
You will enjoy working in a "no nonsense" culture within a dynamic, flat structured company.
