We are looking for an experienced Claims Handler to join the team of an International Broking Client.

As a Claims Handler, you will be responsible for managing and processing property insurance claims.

Description

  • Manage and process property insurance claims
  • Communicate effectively with clients, insurers, and other stakeholders
  • Analyze coverage and investigate claims
  • Negotiate settlements and maintain accurate claims records

Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Insurance or related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in claims handling in property insurances
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills in Dutch & French, both oral and written
  • Knowledge of English is a plus
  • Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations governing property insurance claims
  • Proficiency in using claims management software
  • Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and industry changes
