In a typical day as a Client Manager, you would
- Develop and foster senior management relationships with the customer and excellent customer satisfaction
- Manage P&L at account level, trusted advisor & extended customer team member building & executing strategies to enable customer’s success
- Understand customer’s strategic IT direction as it relates to HPE’s technology and services portfolio and accountable for HPE’s financial performance and client business outcomes (Contract, Revenue, Margin, Growth) – Acts as the “Lead Support face” to the customer
- Ensure overall service delivery excellence by managing all contractual commitments. Drive customer satisfaction, escalation management, and corrective action planning
- Develop a client-centred agenda (plan), improve the financial quality of the account (grow), harnesses innovations to meet contractual commitments (deliver) and provide the leadership that aligns teams and holds members accountable for results (lead). Provides pan-HPE leadership working across HPE and with customers as one unified HPE account team
- Act as a leader towards and is supported by the key delivery roles of Project/Program Manager, Service Delivery Manager and Account Lead Architect.
- Ensure operational excellence by managing key metrics and ensuring team goals and contractual commitments are met
- Manage areas, or team of employees with well-defined, limited scope including directing daily work activities /priorities, people development, cost management, and direction setting
- Manage 3rd Parties, which are involved in the scope of the services towards the customer
If you are...
- Good at partnering, innovating, and making things happen. You are aligned to our core values.
- Strategic thinker and able to handle crisis, conflict and risk management.
- Holding a first level University Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experienced for at least 15 years in industry sector knowledge and Information Technology Service Management.
- Able to build and manage a cross cultural, cross tower and cross business team.
- Excellent in communicating, presenting and listening actively.
- Fluent in Dutch, French and English language, both verbal and written
