Badenoch+Clark is looking for a Client Services Operations Specialist to join Recordati, an international pharmaceutical group, based at Jette.

Client Services Operations Specialist will accurately process customer orders using SAP, handle inquiries, and communicate effectively in Dutch, French, and English with external and internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate is highly organized, stress-resistant, proficient in SAP, motivated and eager to learn.

Your responsibilities

  • Accurately enter and process customer orders using SAP.
  • Verify and update customer information in the system, ensuring SOP is adhered to.
  • Handle order modifications, cancellations, and inquiries.
  • Log customer complaints in line with SOP and quality/regulatory guidelines
  • Work with 3PL and Supply Chain to ensure delivery as per Service Level Agreed
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date pricing Data
  • Communicate effectively and is the first contact point of customers – via phone and email.
  • Ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment.
  • Monitor and resolve order discrepancies and issues.
  • Maintain organized records of orders and transactions.
  • Assist in generating reports and data analysis for order management.
  • Assist A/R by investigating unpaid invoices and take appropriate actions as required

Your profile

  • Minimum Bachelor level or 2 years’ relevant experience in client service, logistics or supply chain ideally in a business-to-business environment
  • Experience within the pharmaceutical, medical device or healthcare sectors or heavily regulated environments desirable
  • Previous experience in order entry or a related field is a plus.
  • Languages: Dutch (Native or Fluent), French (Native or Fluent), English (Proficient)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in the use of SAP for order entry (modules FI/CO et SD)
  • Competent in the use of Microsoft Office tools
